Return Policy

Special Order, Electrical and Installed Parts Are Not Returnable.

NEW PARTS RETURNS

Parts purchased at Trible’s, Inc. may be returned when the following procedures and conditions are followed:

  • Returns must be completed (or approved) within 60 days of the invoice date. Parts received after 60 days without approval will automatically be returned to sender prepaid and the postage invoiced back to sender.
  • Restocking charges for returns are as follows:
  • Parts returned within 30 days of invoice date (excluding items in Part A.) No restocking charges.
  • Parts returned 31 to 60 days of invoice date (excluding items in Part A.) 20% restocking charge Not to exceed $50 per line item.
  • Parts returned after 60 days of invoice date must have prior approval given before returning. These parts will be handled through the Merchandise Buy-Back Program as stated below.
  • Parts must be in new, resalable condition, and in original factory package.
  • Control boards in original packaging and UNOPENED are returnable.
  • Electrical Parts in new and UNOPENED packages are returnable.
  • Parts that have been installed are not returnable. (This includes electrical parts)
  • Returns must be prepaid.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the Trible’s Invoice and returns of five (5) or more items require a Trible’s Merchandise Return Form (available upon request) to be completed. Reason for return must be stated on each item and the invoice number on which purchased must be included.

 

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

Effective January 1, 2021, any missing or damaged items from your order must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of order. Packing slips are included with each shipment detailing the items included. No claims for shortage or damages will be processed at a later time. Merchandise delivered by a freight trucking company that is damaged must be refused at the time of delivery with the freight bill clearly marked REFUSED DAMAGED and we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

MERCHANDISE BUY-BACK PROGRAM

A buy-back is simply our way of trying to help our customer relieve excess inventory.

Although we prefer not to take back such stock, we are aware that because of our greater coverage we may be able to resell some items that are excess in our customers stock. For this reason only, we have provided the following program:

  • All itemized written requests must be sent tour Inventory Control Department in Upper Marlboro (No parts are to be returned until you receive written authorization).
  • We will identify those items we feel we can resell. A written authorization to return these parts will then be sent advising the items and repurchase price.
  • Returns must be received in Upper Marlboro within 30 days of authorization,
  • Returns must be prepaid.
  • All Parts must be new, in original factory packaging and resalable.
  • The repurchase price will seldom exceed 50% of the current dealer price.

 

WARRANTY PARTS

Products and Parts Warranty (see reverse side) will be accepted by Tribles, Inc. within the manufacturer’s guidelines for those manufacturers we represent. Requests for replacement will require proof of product. Requests for credit must include our invoice number. All warranty returns must be properly tagged.
