Sales Representative

Wholesale distributor of parts and equipment for the Appliance Parts and Heating & Air Conditioning industry seeks an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our sales team, covering the Baltimore area.

Applicant must have a background in the Appliance Parts/HVAC/Property Management industry and have previous sales experience. Duties will include calling on existing customers along with the acquisition of new customers within your assigned area. Warehouse Associate - Upper Marlboro, MD

Warehouse Associates are responsible for the organization and daily warehouse functions at our main warehouse located in Upper Marlboro, MD. This position is critical to the service we provide our customers, which includes receiving, stocking, pulling, packing and shipping customer orders accurately and on time.

We are a leading wholesale distributor of Appliances/HVAC Equipment, Parts and Supplies with 36 locations throughout the North East, MidAtlantic and South East regions.

Responsibilities:
      •   Maintaining inventory integrity within our system by ensuring all inventory transactions are accurate and accounted for in our database
      •   Identifying and improving our processes to increase accuracy and efficiency through technology and/or training
      •   Organizing the warehouse to improve the processes and reduce damages and shortages
      •   Contributing to a positive work environment for all of our employees

Preferred Qualifications:
      •   Forklift Experience
      •   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move up to 250 lbs. utilizing our warehouse equipment
      •   High School Diploma with a minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience
      •   Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization
      •   Demonstrated problem solving capabilities to reduce errors and costs
      •   RF Guns Experience
      •   Experience with UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipping
      •   Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Safety Procedures
